We are pleased to announce that NIMB Ace Capital Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Momo VC and SNV Nepal, launching a strategic partnership to expand access to finance and technical support for high-potential, early-stage SMEs in Nepal. This builds on the USD 30 million Nepal-domiciled private equity fund launched by NIMB Ace Capital and Momo VC in June, blending diaspora capital, local institutional investment, and international development finance. Through this new partnership, SNV joins as a strategic technical partner, combining that capital with targeted technical support to strengthen governance, investment readiness, and SDG-aligned impact for prospective enterprises. Together, we look forward to strengthening Nepal’s pipeline of investment-ready businesses and demonstrating how blended finance and technical support can mobilize investment toward Nepal’s economic and green transition.
